I just watched the so called video (Patriots' footage of Bengals' sideline aired on TV) and it is the backside of the Cinci Bench. What the heck do they think anybody could see from that? This whole thing is stupid!

Exactly. There is no switching from bench to field to scoreboard/clock and back. If there is a crime, there has to be intent. There is no intent on that video whatsoever.

I decided just now that I am offically moving past this. I will say: Patriots or whoever was involved was dumb to let this happen. Cheating, misconception or whatever it was... Dumb to film sidelines like that given our history and all eyes on us.

With that said, I am moving on. I want to enjoy playoff football. Not sure how many playoff runs Patriots have left.

There was nothing new in the video. We already knew the kid asked if he could delete the video. What hurts is that the snippet of that video did not have any shot of the advanced scout. So the dumb security guard kept saying, "I don't see any video of the advance scout" over and over. And now for the next few days at least this will be the narrative - that there was no advance scout on the tape. This is only a small part of all the video from that day. The league has all the tape I believe so should have footage of the scout.

No, but our argument this whole time was that this was about an advance scout. There was NO advance scout in that 1 min video, so naturally people will assume we were lying. Nevermind the fact that it was only a small part of the total video taken.
