Colts offense is better than the Saints....
The Falcons had that game won if not for Elam screwing them over and a stupid red zone pick by Ryan...They actually did a good job against the Saints D, and their defense sucks.
PEyton played a good game agaisnt SF...just cause he didnt get a td pass doesnt mean he didnt play well.....
The Saints offense is NOT consistent...What happened against Buffalo and the Jets? Plus, Brees turns the ball over basically once at least per game...
And on this note, one thing bothering me with ESPN, is they keep saying they are on pace to beat the Patriots 2007 record for points scored on offense. The thing they are forgetting to count against NO, is that they have like 6 defensive TDs that account for a good bit of points that people are counting toward their offense for some reason.
Also, will you explain to me how PEyton is running hot and cold?
2 fumbles that where not , and greer was pushed before the long TD pass , even falcon fans agree to this, that was offensive interference , check the footage, thomas pulled the ball in and was down, and bell landed a knee. but we won anyway. Good teams have to.
If you look at the buffalo game Saints ran a run, run, pass offense on purpose, Brees can not play in weather so payton choose the run game.
27-7 is much better than 18-14 by the colts.
Brees has turned the ball over in 2 games, and its something that needs to be fixed.
I think a consistent offense is ranked
2006 1st
2007 4th
2008 1st
2009 2nd
this is the Saints ,much more depth and consistency, no matter what we will probably show where are the colts offense?
2006 3rd
2007 5th
2008 15th
2009 7th
Payton manning show, and the Saints defense was 26-28 from 2007-2008, chances are if you fight the saints your playing a 1-4th offence, the colts could be 3rd or 15th that day depends on payton. 15th showed up against the 49ers and might against the Pats. Pats will face a consistent high scoring Saints offense.
I think my point is made.
