While this game might not matter much the Pats have to win against the Jets and Miami, even if Buffalo loses one. Any loss to either the Jets or Miami and it likely Buffalo wins the AFC East. Worst case is if NE loses one to the Jets or Miami and Buffalo loses one, then they play each other in the first round. I think I got that right . The Ravens running game is going to be a problem. I think Miami is the toughest game left. Be best to win out of course and get back to playing well.

It took Drake Maye 11 Games to have an off game: I think Baltimore is in trouble.

It took Josh McDaniels forgetting that when you average 10 yards a carry you don’t abandon the run and let the defense sell out to rush the passer for Drake Maye to have an off half.

BUF is 10-4

BUFFALO WINS OUT (including beating PHI) bringing them to 13-4
NE then needs to beat the jets and MIA to win the division. BAL doesn't matter.

BUFFALO WINS 2, LOSING TO PHI bringing them to 12-5
NE needs to win ANY 2 to bring us to 13-4 and division champs,

CONCLUSION
A win against BAL puts pressure on BUF to beat PHI, else NE needs to win only one of the final two.

Other than the jets, I don’t think there’s any easy outs. Hopefully we get to see the same energy Sunday night that they had against the Giants. That was missing yesterday. SMH….defense, find a way please to make stops.

Yes we can get a playoff spot with a win. If we lose we can still get in with Houston or the Colts losing I think.

According to PlayoffStatus.com, no clinching scenario for NE involves BUF-PHI. It does reduce the magic number for clinching the division.

They clinch a playoff spot with any of the following: NE win or HOU loss or IND loss.

They clinch the #6 spot with NE win and HOU loss or LAC loss.

This game is a bit of a damp squib at half time yesterday it looked like this was a chance to play a tough road game with a potential 1 seed and real stakes on the line but now game this means almost nothing in the standings other than having the risk of back to back December losses to hear other fanbases and the media call the Pats frauds with a loss.

In terms of a test this is still a really interesting game but in actual stakes this now the 3rd most important game left by a landslide.

It really upsets me that we are 14 games in and are still the 32nd red zone defense .Why are they so bad down there ? A team that is 11-3 should be better than that. If teams get into the redzone , its an automatic score for them it seems like . So the defense better keep the Ravens out of the redzone if we want to win and the game not to become a shoot out .
