I really like the group we have, but maybe the coaching staff feels that they need more competition, maybe Vereen or Boldin are not competitive enough?
That would be the 2nd veteran RB that the team would bring in this offseason...maybe something we don't know? I thought Ridley, vereen, Washington and boldin were virtual locks (in that order), but it appears maybe not
I cannot imagine why anyone wouldn't be ecstatic about this Idea.
1 ~ I know that many Fans like to fantasize that Injuries never happen...but no intelligent Fans do.
2 ~ Hence: Depth of Talent is critical if you want to actually ~ you know ~ win after New Years Day.
3 ~ And if you actually do want to win FootBall Games after New Years Day, it sort of Helps The Cause if you can deploy HalfBacks who can do more than just run the Ball.
4 ~ Right now ~ because of the inexplicably foolish decision to let Danny WoodHead go to the Lightning Bolts, while giving Kyle Arrington$16 Million for 4 Years when the Market suggested he was worth half of that ~ we have exactly one guy who poses a legitimate Dual Threat ~ My Man Shane Vereen.
It might do to haul in some Depth of Talent...for the Love of CHRIST.
This is an agent-leaked report in an attempt to increase Bradshaw's leverage. Bradshaw's agent is Drew Rosenhaus, and the guy reporting it is Florio. When Florio cites a league source about any of Rosenhaus' clients, then just assume it's Rosenhaus himself.
