They couldn't as a wildcard, and after messing with the ESPN playoff maker, the Broncos would win the division at 8-8.

According to playoffstatus.com, Cincinnati's win today + a Chargers loss = SD crying in their beers.

I see Tennessee grabbing the 6th seed with a win over Houston.

Furthermore, Houston may not mind that scenario since they'd see Tennessee in the first round instead of a team like the Jets or Bengals.

So, that means, the Patriots host either Tennessee or Pittsburgh for the first playoff game.
