They as good coaches but not many BB coordinators have success as HCs... of course not many HCs are successful in general. I think Patricia stays for at least 1 more year. He still has more to learn here and I think he knows that too. McDaniels on the other hand though a little Younger seems to have his his ceiling.

However ownership likes Murlarkey.
Maybe Josh would come in with Murlarkey as his OC.
I know I will feel better when Tenn names a head coach not named Mcdaniels.
Like another poster said Im not looking forward the Brian Daboll era to begin.

Well it's starting to sound like the interest in these guys was overplayed or the playoffs really hurt these guys chances at jobs
