With this move, the signing of center Sincere Haynesworth to the PS this week, and the extra work for Bryan Hudson, I think it’s no secret that the team is not thrilled with Leverett’s work at C and are seeking to replace him. I think it's also just the general unknown for Ben Hudson, who's an UDFA. Not to mention Leverett has been on the injury report recently, so I'm sure in the back of their minds they're thinking we may need a FOURTH center at some point if the worst happens.

I think they'll have no choice but to try him there when he's healthy enough to play.

His skills are his abilities to pull, slide, punch and get leverage.

This seems to be the opposite of what you want from a center.

Well Andrews got Bull Rushed many times though he's been solid. I'm not against trying Cole Strange @ LT either.

His play in the preseason left a lot to be desired, too. I'm surprised it had to get to this point.

Strange does not have the build for a C. He took a few snaps at C at the Senior Bowl lol. Seriously people. He's built a lot more like a T then a C.

I don't think mid season is the problem as much as coming off the injury

Isn't Leverett playing hurt (ankle) besides being inadequate?

He needs to start living up to that First Round Selection whether it's @ Tackle or Center. If they can play Onwenu @ RT they can try Cole Strange @ Center or L-Tackle. I don't want to rehash that Draft but we could have gotten better players than what we came away with early on in 2022.
