Arizona didn't claim him the first time and also cut a decent backup in Colt McCoy. Why?

Because Clayton Tune is a rookie QB but has looked good. He threw for accuracy in college, played a lot of games, he might be this year's Brock Purdy. I liked him in this draft class. They also know they potentially have Kyler coming back and Josh Dobbs as a backup.
