And a Terrible move by the former.NEW ARTICLE: Breer: Smith-Schuster’s Knee “A Mess,” May Affect WR Approach
Breer: Smith-Schuster’s Knee “A Mess,” May Affect WR Approach Ian Logue One of the biggest stories this preseason has been the New England Patriots situation at wide receiver, which now may appear to have an additional wrinkle to consider heading into the final roster cutdown. Guess that stupid Buckeye was right after all. What a great move by our GM.
You mean aside from the whole we haven’t improved at any position thing?
The usual suspects mocked and ridiculed Breer and posted his mugshot. Looks like Juju's knee is toast and looks like he was never the Jakobi upgrade many claimed he'd be.NEW ARTICLE: Breer: Smith-Schuster’s Knee “A Mess,” May Affect WR Approach

He’ll find a landing spot easily? They only gain about a half million in cap space in 2024, if that, but this does free up an additional $7.5 million in cap space in 2025, where they were already #1 in cap space before this move.
Doing a favor to Juju as he will be able to find a landing spot easily before the season starts. Since his Patriots salary is guaranteed for 2024, whoever he signs with will just give him the veteran minimum so it doesn't really cost them much at all to give him a shot. He's probably better than many teams' WR4 or WR5. I could certainly see a return to KC for vet minimum on a 1 year deal.
Significant? Brisset?Besides quarterback? There's almost literally zero chance that this year's QB room is not better than how the QBs performed last year.
Love it BYE!

You think no team is going to sign him for vet minimum...?He’ll find a landing spot easily?
Are you including the USFL in your evaluation?
We have improved at qb granted the bar was at an all time low.You mean aside from the whole we haven’t improved at any position thing?
Should have cut him before 6/1.
