From my fingers to Bill's ears: As per ESPN's NFL Transactions page, Pats sign LT/LG/C Corey Levin to PS & release FB/TE Paul Quessenberry.

I would go one step further and sign him to the active roster and waive/sign to PS Justin Herron...Backup OLmen with experience is a good thing...

We can wait a week. The question is whether Levin is a better use of a roster spot than Herron or Cunningham for that matter. It seems right to have a backup center.
