Just a numbers game I would say. Edelman, Branch, Welker, Tate, the TE's, the backs...you can only dedicate so many spots to the skill guys.

Not surprised, but sad to see Chung not active. Could really use him today, especially with Page still out. Our safety depth is pretty tight right now.

I wonder if Wheatley will see the field a bit. Would be interesting to see if he can build on his pre-season performance, which was pretty encouraging.

Price is a project. If we're lucky we won't have to see him play significant time this season (due to a wealth of receiving targets).

Bummer on Chung but it's a good sign that he was at least on the practice field this week. Still would gladly take him back for the Steeler game in 2 weeks

but dude...... The rookie "Draft Slots" will kill Bradford type deals.


and rightfully so..... why should a college hotshot make more than a top tier QB..... It makes zero sense.

You are punishing crap teams to sign somebody who will kill that team "Salary Cap"
