Patriot Place IS wonderful.

But c'mon, Tunie, you've looked out the window while driving Route 1.

The uncut grass, the garbage, the open hubcap displays, the used car lots. It is a little slice of Chelsea and it is depressing.

From what I've seen, when you get off the main drag, Foxboro is a nice little community. However, they have decided to let the world see their smelly sock of a Route 1.

I can't imagine a FA comes in for the visit, looks around and says "Yeah, THIS is where I'd drive to work and live 9-10 months of the year."
