Good read.

I admit I saw not one iota of Bodden's play in Detroit, but I recall him playing against the Pats with the Browns and he really stood out on their D for me. Really physical and seemed to always be around the ball.

I was really intrigued and kinda happy when they signed him.

i can't wait to see this guy in the preseason. and i really hope he's no Fernando.

good article by Paul

I think Bodden is a better player, but the career numbers aren't that far off from each other..Granted Hobbs would need a pick and 5 PDs in 4 stratight games to better Bodden's career totals.

Hobbs: 49 starts, 9 INTs, 41 PDs
Bodden: 53 starts, 13 INTs, 59 PDs

I remember saying a few years ago that I wish Bodden was a Patriot. My roommate and I both talked about how good we thought he was that year for the Browns. Now, it's a reality. I'm excited to see what he can do, although I've been trying to temper my enthusiasm about everything NE.

I'm itching for preseason. Next week (Thursday) it's going to be hard to focus at work.
