This "BB can't draft wide receivers" canard is just that. When a team perennially drafts at or near the end of each round, confirmed playmakers at that position become scarce. Even then, BB drafted significant WR contributors a la Branch, Mitchell, Edelman, Meyers and Givens. It helps to remember that the likes of Harry, Chad Jackson, etc. were highly touted draft prospects on other teams' draft boards. They weren't considered risky picks at the time and there was no way of knowing beforehand they wouldn't work out. Just bad luck. Finally, BB has done a good job over the years filling the void at that position with dependable veteran pickups -- Welker, Moss, Amendola, Patten, LaFell, Stallworth, etc.
