Patriots... a blue collar or white collar team?

We always hear about Steelers being hard working blue colar team, where we hear the Cowboys being white collar team. How does the Patriots fit in? Personally, I see a mix of white collar players such as Brady, with blue collar players such as Welker.

Some are blue collar, some are white collar, but they all work like white collar guys.

And no way Brady is white collar. The guy was 7th string at Michigan at some point. He wasn't drafted until the 6th round, passed on numerous times even by the Patriots. He's worked hard for everything he's earned and come a long ways.

What the hell does that even mean? The Patriots are a a Football Team. Those caps mean 100% football and 100% team. Why would you want them to be anything else?

Need a definition of white and blue collar. When the media says that I think they mean that blue collar is having a strong defense while white collar is a strong offense. It also helps to be blue collar if you play outdoors where a lot of blue collar jobs are.
