I watched the video that BaconGrundleCandy posted and that was a terrible OPI call. If the officials changed the call on review, would they have waved off the OPI call and left it as an incomplete pass or do they have the latitude to change it to a DPI penalty now?

Yeah I can see their argument towards calling OPI now but the DB is not off balance after the push off. The ref should call DPI as well and replay the down.
