OT: Who was the old geezer on the Jets sidelines on crutches???

I watched the Jets game yesterday and I noticed some old guy on the sidelines on crutches and Mangini seemed to turn to him several time before making decisions...

The guy didn't have a head set or anything else, but seemed to have Mangini's ear on things...
