The Vikings were continuing to throw in the second half after they had a sizable lead. Were they rubbing it in?

To the contrary. With the way the Lions defense was playing, handing the ball off to Adrian Peterson or Chester Taylor would've been rubbing it in.

What about the fake field goal when Minnesota had a 42-10 lead late in the third quarter?

Well, that might've been a little cheesy, but it was still better than handing it off to Peterson or Taylor.

a stat that I found interesting about the game is that this game was Tavares Jackson's first game in which he has thrown for multiple TD's.
