Heck, if you want to realize how ridiculous of a discussion the transsexual bathroom thing is, just think about the fact that straight men can also sexually abuse women in bathrooms. It's not as if there is some magical barrier that automatically prevents anyone with a penis from entering a women's bathroom, but once they're declared as trans, they're able to bypass this magical penis barrier ... it's a ****ing room with a door, anyone (including men), with any intention, can enter, trans or not.

This is weaksauce. There isn't some "magical barrier" but there is a little something we call the force of law.

Some men who pass into (to use your vernacular) the "****ing room with a door" will get arrested if they fail to leave. Other men can pass into the "****ing room with a door" and stay as long as they want, no matter how uncomfortable that makes the other denizens. In fact, in many places, any woman who complains about not being comfortable is the one who has to leave.

Fortunately, common sense is increasingly returning to our society in the above regard.

If someone is intent on sexually assaulting someone in a bathroom, being told to leave isn’t going to be a deterrent. They are either banking on not being found out to begin with or don’t care if they get caught. And since pretty much zero businesses have a security guard at bathroom doors, your solution falls apart from the jump.

Your “common sense” fails to stand up to very little scrutiny. Then again you decided to die on the hill of defending multiple accused sexual assaulters this past week and now all of a sudden you have very little issue going on a tangent on this make believe boogeyman you were told to be scared of.
