OT: Russell Wilson traded to Denver

But if you are going to lie and look at that picture and deny butler is clearly visible to Wilson (he is clear of browner) then you are just refusing to admit you are wrong and will say anything.

Dude, Russell Wilson is 5'11...Browner and Kearse are much taller in comparison. It's easy to say that "Butler was visible" when you are looking at the photo from bird's eye view.

And if your assessment of the play is correct, then the RW choked the game away for Seattle as opposed to NE winning it. I'm sure most people on this board are going to have an issue with that. But you continue to believe what you want to believe.

Tall people not in the way don’t obstruct views.
Take the picture you posted and lay a card or piece of paper from Wilson’s head to butlers. Browner and Lockett are entirely covered. They were not blocking the sight line to butler.

What difference does it make whether someone judges one team to lose or the other to win? Did you think Wilson really didn’t throw a game losing int?

Are you honestly arguing from a point of view of how the answer makes you feel than from what it true?

Again, are you saying Wilson made a good decision and a good play? Why would you think a QB isn’t responsible for judging that the pass he is about to throw is going to be intercepted? Why not throw it shallower so Kearse has to slow up and butler can’t beat him to the ball?
Your argument seems to be that Wilson did great because there was only one spot to throw the ball to, it’s not his job to read a defense, and he was tricked, so you can’t blame him.
So tell me what was his job on that play?

Wilson gave Brady a ring .. another one of Brady's rings was a kickoff out of bounds in SB38 .. another Brady ring, his first, came when he had 2 TD the entire postseason .. then another one came when the Falcons blew a 25 pt. lead on 2/5 ..

One came when his defense shut Mahomes down completely .. another when the NE D held the Rams to 3 pt.

This 'GOAT' people around here call Brady is a fraud.

In the NFL, full of speed and athleticism .. Brady is the GOAT who is completely immobile with no athleticism. Teams defenses just can't get to unathletic Brady haha sh*t is a joke.

Lay off the crack pipe dude.

Small minds can only see absolutes.

Wilson, like any QB with a designed pick play, failed to recognize, or ignored, that the play was blown up immediately. He wasn’t even facing heavy pressure to release it if there was reason to hesitate. That’s exactly why throw it through the goalposts is a directive near the goalline. Butler made a phenomenal play; Wilson made a bad read. Both things can be, and are, true.

Did he choke? That’s just semantics and your attempt to associate an obvious truth with BuT wHaTaBoUt aLL ThOsE PaTrIoTs FaNs!!! which is a fitting response to you because your conclusions are all forced from a position of desperate need to be accepted by a group. What does the response of Patriots fans have to do with the assessment of the play?

It’s amusing watching you get owned by everyone.

Imagine thinking that things like “clutch” and “choke” are so absolute on a given play/result and have nothing to do with luck and outcomes outside one’s control. Here’s a special one for Timmy, who just spent three months crying about Brady and trying to use Montana’s perfect crunch time play as his only argument.

You don't think the NFL is completely scripted? Lay off the soda and chips .. killing off them braincells. Brady is a fraud re-read what you quoted.
Dude

Did you say something, clown college?

So Tommy Boy won his 4th ring because of a bad throw by Wilson. Got it...

Even if that guy caught it, that's 1 INT in 4 Super Bowls for JM. Would you like me to list the mistakes Tommy Boy made in the Super Bowl?

You’re doing really well with everything…keep up these arguments.

Did you think that a football player ever won a game without help from his teammates and bad plays by the opponent?

Man, I wish I could be part of the group that ends up buying the broncos.

There is going to be a serious return on those coins!

So what does that make your boy Scam?

Yeah Brady sucks he’ll never win anything in this league. I knew we should have kept Bledsoe.

Probably a descendant of Huey P. Newton, founder of the Black Panther Party. The BPP was founded in Bay Area CA .. Cam's Super Bowl was in Bay Area CA

All of Cam's success and failures is just the script too. Like Newton getting drafted by the black Panthers.

Here's food for thought. Huey P. died the day leaving 131 days left in the year in '89 .. Cam in '89 was born the 131st day of the year. Carolina's coach birthday is 1/31

So these idiots traded two first round picks for Jamal freaking Adams what two years ago? Now they are blowing it all up? I think unless the return is something mind blowing they lost this deal badly. Pete Carroll should have been the one sent packing if it meant keeping Wilson.
This is one of my problems with the NYFL. When did coaches become more important than the players?

I watched the 2004 Pats-Steelers game yesterday and Nance was talking about how the Steelers had recently beat Bill Parcells, so that nonsense was around then.

NEWSFLASH…..All-time great quarterbacks still need great teammates who make clutch plays on both sides of the ball in order to win the Super Bowl and all teams who have won Super Bowls benefit from other teams’ mistakes.

Nobody has ever accused me of being a Brady ball-washer but this is a terrible take. I am going to assume that this is either sarcasm or a troll job by a fan of another team.

Aging? Elite QB's are routinely playing to 40 now in the last few years. There are plenty of ways to make players happy. Pay them more, can the coach, upgrade their supporting cast. They gave up a hall of fame QB who, when healthy, plays like a top 5 QB for a crappy QB, solid but aging D lineman, and young above average TE and two firsts and seconds. Hell they gave up two firsts for Jamal Adams. The Rams gave up two first round picks for Jalen Ramsey who is a good player but not a franchise QB.
Which QB beside Brady has played into his 40's?
