Why would Ryan make a "gurantee" for a guy who needs to be motivated to work harder?

Vern's problem isn't lack of motivation or needing to worker harder, its lack of talent.

1. Convince him to put on a Patriots jersey/jacket/hat or hold a banner etc.
2. take a photo.

Here's a better idea: He should have the guy dress in Jets gear, then blow up a photo of BB displaying his Super Bowl rings and get a pic of the guy kissing it.
