Another dome? Pansies.
The roof can open. I still understand it isn't the same, but it is not terrible. Plus I am sure the actual stadium is very nice.
What's the over/under on the # of regular-season home games played with the roof Open? I say 2 1/2.
My guess is it will be open 4-5 times a year.
Payaton and his 1st-round weapons, and Bob "I tackle with my helmet" and his speedomidget defense would never go for that high a #.
For those interested, Lucas Oil Stadium. Opening next season...
Thanks for ruining my dayI'm sure that when gas costs 5 bucks a gallon people will proud to say, "We're headed for Lucas. We'll be fricking broke from the drive down there, but you gotta give the man his. Yep, we're bending over for Lucas and loving every minute of our SUV lifestyle" (which is about to end in approximately several months.)
Gillette ain't much better. In another lifetime I knew a guy who worked for them. He discovered a secret (illegal) testing facility of theirs where they tortured animals with their products. You know, slice them with the razors, shoot stuff into their eyes to measure the caustic effect, etc. , and then throw them all on a pile of other damaged and dying animals headed for their incinerator that also didn't exist.
Other than that, let's just say that Mike Vick was a boy scout in comparison.
Oil and big business ....... great for the stomach, eh?
