OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Thanks. I don't know how long I'll be here, but we'll see how it goes.
Just stay away from the mods. LOL And also the Brady/Bill threads. Although I have to stay the threads have been pretty tame this week. The loss vs the Saints kind of took the air out of this game.

On Sunday, Bucs' Tom Brady becomes just the seventh QB to start and win a Super Bowl, then go back and visit his old team and stadium as an opponent and start. The first six? Ken Stabler, Jim McMahon, Jeff Hostetler, Brett Favre, Kurt Warner, Trent Dilfer.

I left off the big one here. Brady's the eighth, as Peyton Manning won with the Colts, then went back to Indy in 2013 and 2015, losing close games both times.

I did nothing wrong. I'm not changing more for the board than I already have, because this was a whole new level of censorship. If that's unacceptable to Ian, that'll be that.

And I'll leave it at that, because I've not been in contact with anyone here and don't even know why the posting ban was removed.

The whole thing was fv&king ridiculous and pathetic. IMO

That's interesting as he practiced today.

I wonder if he is active and stays on the sideline and they only bring him in if the game is close in the second half?

I think that might be the smartest way to play it. They need him healthy the rest of the season and should be able to win this game without him.

Updated story from today's developments on #Bucs injury front. Don't count out JPP for Sunday (for that matter, don't count out #Gronk either).

Woohoo. You're back.

@Deus Irae

I don't understand the ratings of my post but I am glad that you are back.

You definitely add an intelligent but different, perspective to the forum. I've always enjoyed that.

Then again, I like to add a drop or two of hot sauce in my eggs in the morning. Some, like @MAC10 , add salt because they're just a bunch of salty bytches.

Anyway I'm glad you're back.

Gronk out. I’d say it helps the Pats but with that kind of injury I don’t know how much he would have really added to the Bucs attack anyway.

He's better getting rest. They should leave JPP behind as well. The Bucs have the 27th strength of schedule left to play. They don't even need this win.

Gronk definitely does not have broken ribs. Which means it’s in all likelihood bruised ribs which is a pain tolerance issue. I would imagine he might want to take a couple weeks off.

There goes the 1000 yard season Gronk was on pace for. Oh well, they need to keep him fresh and healthy anyway and were targeting him too much.

Brate will come out and have a big game. OJ should play quite a bit too. Possible dress rehearsal for a potential future employer in BB?

After the money Belichick just spent on TEs he’d be fired for saying he wants another one.

If Howard shows well over the course of the season, there's no reason to think that the Bucs would let him walk without making him a competitive offer.
