They don't have a Belichick, Flores and Patricia on the sideline that can change a defensive gameplan to hold a high powered offense to allow Brady to come back.

This is the difference that BB makes. Too many times this season I've seen situations and overall planning from the Bucs that show how BB was just as important to success as Brady was. Neither is more important than the other.

Belichick and Flores were riding coattails......lol Flores has seemingly turned Miami around in 1 season. Belichick with a team that had talent went 11-5 with a guy that hadn't played QB since high school.

Bucs would be a helluva alot better team if Flores was the head coach.
