Greg Bedard reported today that Belichick wanted to replace Brady with Garoppolo either after the 2017 season or trade Brady to the 49ers rather than Garoppolo. And, Kraft stepped in and stopped it forcing the Garoppolo trade.

What difference does it make now? What is wrong with you people? This Garoppolo obsession is ridiculous. How does it help the team today? BB depleted the offense. He got rid of everybody. What we are seeing now is what we have left after the depletion. They are what they are.

People are overstating Gronk's play in recent weeks. He still isn't close to the old Gronk which was an dominant unstoppable force that required triple coverage. He is now just a good TE. Far better than we have, but I would rather have Kelcey or Kittles or about three or four other TEs.
