I didn't see a lot of great weapons on display for the Bucs today but I did see a pass boinking off the head of a speed guy and Shady dropping a perfect pass for a sure six. Their best weapon was PI but that won't fly against good teams like it did against the Panthers. Their D was rated #32 coming into the season.

Still a driven, focused, motivated player? Absolutely.

Beyond that, we really don't know much about what he specifically values and prioritizes re: football, schematics, personnel, etc, and if/how that has changed over the past 20 years.

He wants really good personnel, really good schematics, really good etc., just like he always has.

Really? I saw Mike Evans light it up in the first half. I saw two receivers drop easy TDs. I saw 3 RBs - Ronald, McCoy, Fournette - tear it up. Man, if you didn't see great weapons, what must you think of the Pats offense? LOL
