You absolutely made an error of assumption. I didn't read a damn thing about it at bspn. I don't give them clicks, something I've posted about here more than once. The fact that anyone with half a brain that pays even casual attention to the sleazier side of the way business sometimes gets done in the NFL might well have come to the same conclusion I did shouldn't be surprising. In fact given the logic of it, I'm sure the same conclusions have been come to and been expressed in a multitude of places. Perhaps you could copy what they had to say here so we can make that comparison.
