Interesting. The rumor from CSNPhilly had been that the Eagles were talking to the 49ers about
Torrey Smith; Jeffrey would represent a significant upgrade from Smith, albeit at a higher cost.

Still waiting for Bill to trade for an OT, or a Pass Rusher...
