There has always been a large percentage of native Americans (they got here before us) that wanted to keep the name. Their argument is based on respect and history of their people and I think that’s wonderful. It was a mistake to change the name.

Not when the name has ALWAYS been derogatory and a slur. You can always find a group that will, for the right price, defend the indefensible
