Totally agree. It would only take one really hard hit to teach all running QBs not to try that crap. Would definitely be worth the 15, especially in a regular season game that does not really matter..

My solution is to nail each and every one of them, take the penalty, and make them think before taking liberties. If you're going to take a penalty, make it a good one. None (or seldom) of these QB's take anything near the beating that the old school guys did. Like Jack Lambert once said, "put a skirt on them". This game has suffered greatly, with the rules stripping defense of being able to play, well, actual defense. Rant over
