Ah, well I think that this is a good story -- there's a fair amount of info on how it should work and a reasonable amount of caution about going overboard too quickly. But the idea of (1) using the ligament's capacity to re-grow and (2) therefore not having to take tissue from other parts of the body strikes this non-medic as really exciting.
