It's easy, and only takes a few moments. While I agree, I don't think Judon is anywhere close to being part of the solution to find more pressureWe desperately need another rotation piece at defensive end. Scheeming sacks can only get this team so far; we only need a half-dozen good rushes per game from any depth piece. I don't care where we find it.
Senior citizen here. Am I correct in thinking that the waiver wire standing gets reset during the season and we went from early dibs to late dibs?He still has to go through waivers, I doubt he makes it to the Pats.
Yes he will, he’s garbageHe still has to go through waivers, I doubt he makes it to the Pats.
You are correct. The previous season standings are used through the end of Week 3, and then they switch over to the current season standings. He’s not cooked, he’s charred beyond recognition. He has zero value, absolutely none.so, maybe he can dial it up one last time for a Pats playoff run? or just plain cooked?
Thanks for saving me from assisted living. Daughter take note! You are correct. The previous season standings are used through the end of Week 3, and then they switch over to the current season standings. As of today, they're ahead of only SEA, LAR, and DEN.
This is interesting - wonder why they're relasing him now?
He played 23 snaps against the Steelers (35%) and finished with a tackle. He's got 16 tackles for the season, 3 QB hits, one tackle for a loss, and a pass defended. And they've had him playing special teams.
One number that obviously stands out: Zero sacks.
But again, it's just weird that they're letting him go now.
Maybe Mike Vrabel can light that last fire under him. We only need him for a spell: nobody better is on someone's Taxi Squad at this time.Yes he will, he’s garbage

You know what the experts around here are going to say.I agree. What are the alternatives? Judon experience has to count for something.
That’s why I went digging through reactions from Miami writers and couldn’t find anyone saying anything negative about him because my first thought was maybe it was self-inflicted.Is it though? That D was an undisciplined mess the other night. Is it all that surprising a message was sent to the room by releasing a weak link?

Not a matter of being an expert, he’s cooked. That’s all there is to it. He has experience, so does Lawrence Taylor, maybe we should bring him in.You know what the experts around here are going to say.
Yep. This is about seeing what the younger players can do in the last few games. They’re out of the playoffs. It makes sense to me, particularly benching Tua. I know he represents a big cap hit but they need to look at bringing in another vet next year, or drafting a QB if they can. Judon is totally expendable at this point. They just benched Tua for Quinn Ewers, so . . .
