OT Mark Sanchez PED suspension

Interesting.

This is the second time in about a week that a player who claims to have been taking the same supplement for "years" has suddenly tested positive and been suspended (the other was Thomas Davis). I have to wonder if the NFL changed their tests somehow, or if they added a specific substance to the list and Davis and Sanchez just didn't read the memo.

Sanchez went so far as to suggest that his supplement may have been "tainted". That may have at least some credibility since Sanchez has certainly had up-close-and-personal experience with taints.

They don’t call it a “dirty Sanchez” for nothing, and if anyone knows the undercarriage of another man, it’s definitely Mark Sanchez.

On a side note, this news totally screws up the possibility of using him as my starting QB for fantasy football, this year. I really thought that I was two steps ahead this time.

I’m glad it’s only 4 games. The Jets FIFTY YEARS OF FUTILITY season long celebration of ineptitude would not be the same without him. They would have had to cancel the Butt Fumble float in the Wasted $$$$$$$$ ticker tape parade down the aptly renamed “ Canyon of Losers.”
