OT: Golden State Warriors Sputtering Toward the End

Kontra,

Neal was injured because Tuck got by Mankins without Mankins so much as breathing on him, allowing Tuck to fly full speed into Neal's knee while sacking Brady. Watch the tape. 34:50 of this: .

There is no evidence--none--that the OL would have handled the Giants if Neal had stayed in there. With Neal, the offense mustered 51 yards over 3 drives, with 16 of those coming by way of penalty. Your assumption that all would have been fine if Neal had been healthy is just wishful thinking. It may have happened that way, but there is nothing in the first 3 series that supports that proposition.

I think I just died a little on the inside watching that.

Ellis Hobbs' strained groin comes to mind...that might have had an impact on the outcome on, you know, the game-losing play.

Yup, Ellis Hobbs was a groin away from breaking up a lob to Plaxico Burress. Hobbs was certainly known in his time with the Pats for breaking up a lot of passes, especially to larger players.

The mass delusion in here is frightening.

Folks, that 2007 team had some big weaknesses, and they showed up at the worst time in that game. The 2004 and the 2003 team would've beaten the brakes off them.

Are you suggesting it wasn't a good idea to leave him one-on-one with a 6'5" receiver? Heresy!

Also had a torn labrum that seemingly was less impactful on the play in question.

I can't tell you the type of horrific stuff I would watch before I watch this game again.

I'd watch a weekend Funny Videos marathon with Bob Saget before watching a second of that game.

I'm sure there are a few.

With that said, Ole Bob has reinvented himself and is quite the raunchy comedian now.

I think there's two or three great tracks on that album, actually.

With such a wide selection of tracks (400!) on that album, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that there are at least a couple of good ones.

Okay, I'm starting to sense a connection here. How about a new Family Feud marathon with Steve Harvey? It's got to be damn close.

Believe it or not, I'm pretty sure Saget began his career doing raunchy stand up comedy. From some of the stories I've heard, he was partying fairly hard during the Full House days.

I liked FF w Richard Dawson better.

Yea that wholesome image back then was crap.

The Louie Anderson years were far more depressing, IMO
