His loyalty to BB wouldn't allow him to say no.. in retrospect I don't place the blame on Patricia either.. hardo judge was more of a problem. Zappe had some great stretches however it didn't take long for him to come down to reality.

OLs were unsure of their run/pass blocking assignments.

Mac was not allowed to audible.

They implemented a new offensive system without any SMEs to adjust and expand it.

Playcalling was predictable, conservative and passive.

Yet, they were very effective with Zappe as quarterback.
