If I am Shad Khan, I would dump him if I could. The Jags' job would be one of the most attractive, if not the most attractive, coaching vacancy this upcoming offseason if he does. You have Lawrence and likely a top 1-3 pick next year with plenty of cap space. With the right coach, the Jags could turn into a contender pretty quickly.
