so...another genius Pats fan here at Patsfans...it's not so strange that all the people I get along with here and am sympatico with are highly intelligent...while the idiots I have major problems with, like WhackjobFromVirginia and the NumbKukk Moron Army are persistently sub-80 IQ types.

I grew pot, stole art, destroyed a car and was a bookie in college but was never convicted of any felonies.

The great Equalizer to SEC football is QB play. 2014 Ohio State was a different animal. The Clemson teams and FSUin 13 had Great talent, But They both had the number one pick on their team. ELITE QB TALENTS.

I think it expands to 8 teams next year. Hopefully some better games on the way. But right now, it’s usually either two SEC teams or Alabama/Ohio State/Clemson overwhelming whoever they play in the opening round.

Feel a big factor here is time off. For better or worse, teams are not the snapshot of what they are at the end of the regular season/conference championship week. Of course.. we all know the NCAA won’t move up the bowl season for a select few rea$on$. They can continue to blame it on finals though.

Ohio State actually got lucky that both starting QBs were lost and they were left with Jones. It made Meyer have to change his offensive approach to a more traditional one. Less read options, more downfield passing to keep Jones healthy. That was the difference maker. I honestly don’t think they get past Alabama that year if Barrett didn’t get hurt against Michigan at the end of the regular season.

I feel like the stats dont really show it but I Jones played a great semi. He made some really good throws. that Buckeye team was absolutely loaded.
