Bradford's downside has always been that he's frail. When healthy, which is never, he can sling it. He did it against the Patriots, for instance. Osweiler's play though was the total opposite of what Bradford can give you. Osweiler was slow. He was getting killed back there. Yeah, he's tougher than Bradford. But he was also working with Emanuel Sanders, Demaryious Thomas and others.

I think he can do it. I thought he looked good when he played. But I would insulate myself on both sides, give it an opt out after this year. If he tears it up he'll hold out anyway. If he sucks they aren't going to honor this deal after the 2016 season ends.

I don't think Bradford sees the field all particularly well. Never has, really.

Personally, I'm a bit surprised it's as high as it is--at least with such a limited sample size.

I suppose they had to go up to 15m per year to try and compete with QB needy teams who are willing to overpay, but there's obviously some risk in there with that kind of a deal. Perhaps they feel as though he knows the offense well enough to be a bit of a game manager with that solid defense?

It looks as though Osweiller and his agent have the Donkeys by the short hairs. Their choices for QB are PEDton (HAHAHAHAHA), Osweiller and the rookie Siemian, who has thrown 1 pass for -1 yard in an NFL game.

Maybe he still feels salty about being benched for Good ol Peyton when Brock should of been the starter.
However its a great situation for him so I dont see him leaving but LA I hope makes a huge push for him and he can pick the beaches of LA vs the mountains of Denver.
It would be hysterical to see the Broncos trade and entire draft for a QB or march out RG 3.

If I'm Osweiller, I don't sign for 3/$45M unless at least $20M - $25M is guaranteed. Otherwise, if he does well, Denver's got him on a cheap contract and if he does bad they cut him and he's left with only 1/$15M.

He should sign for 1 year $15M and take his chances next year. That locks in his floor and gives him a higher ceiling if he does well.
