True. I believe last year the main idea was finding the QB. They have done that and have Done a great job with developing Drake. That alone buys any coaching staff and front office time. The upcoming offseason is a pivotal point for the organization. They have plenty of $$$ and plenty of holes to fill. Adressing the trenches is pivotal. I believe the game changers they need are in FA.

They could trade Maye instead. He tends to make mistakes at crucial times.

The Pats could get a boatload of picks from one of those teams with a superior offensive minded coach and use them to load up the team.

I hope that doesn't happen!!!! Drake strikes me as a guy who's confidence can't be shaken.. his up bringing his competitive fire and his demeanor all help him on the field. He's a smart guy he knows his team sucks.. he makes plays in spite of everything around him. I feel like this is the only "winnable " game left this season. I feel like the blow outs to the bills are going to be the job enders there.

When the time comes for Mayo, I don’t think Bob will risk anyone connected to Bill. In fact, they may be waiting to see what Bill does in 2025. It wouldn’t shock me to see Vrabel join forces with Bill as assistant HC/DC. McDaniels will be OC and Patricia coaching something on defense.
