Reid ranks fourth all time in regular-season wins with 258, trailing only Don Shula (328), George Halas (318) and Belichick (302). His 26 postseason wins are five behind Belichick.

Six more seasons... let's say 12 regular season wins a year.... that gets him to 330, two more than Shula.

Six more postseasons... let's say 1.5 wins per year... that gets him to 35, four more than Belichick.
6 seasons is a long time. To just assign 13.5 wins per year for 6 seasons is very generous. Kelce ain't going to play forever and Mahomes is close to the wrong side of 30. We have no idea what will happen.

It is amazing how much he learned and how much smarter he got once Patrick Mahomes became his full time QB.

he actually did improve in terms of clock management and closing out games, though......still not a strength, but.....

Let's say Andy coaches 5 out of the 6 years of this deal going to his 71st birthday - which seems unlikely given his health, but hypothetically let's say he does it. Let's also say he manages 11 wins per year for 5 years straight, which again I also think is not likely but again, hypothetically. That puts him at 313 regular season wins.

Now let's also say Belichick returns to coaching next year, sucks ass and only manages 6 wins a year and gets fired after two years. That's 12 additional wins. That puts him at 314 wins. So even in this best case for Andy/worst case for Bill situation, assuming Bill comes back, it makes it pretty hard for Andy to pass Bill in regular season wins.

They will move up in this draft for a Kelce replacement or OT. You wait and see.

Andy is a great coach and belongs in that company. Mahomes hit the jackpot going to KC - he would have been really good anyway, but on the Chiefs he's become otherworldly. A big part of that is Reid and his staff.

I think BB's back next year and with the Cowboys. Thought he'd go there this year (and think they were stupid not making that switch, but we'll see).

Travis Kelce is arguably the best receiving TE in history, and certainly in the top 3. They aren't going to be able to replace him by moving up a couple spots to take Cade Stover.

He could knock and few pounds off and become a hunk stranger things have happened.
Not that strange!

IF I'm a player knowing this older sour pus Older BB is coming my way I wouldn't be happy. I think it's toss up he gets a job feel real sorry for that Team.

Gates, Gonzalez, Gronk, and Sharp might argue your certainty just to name a few. I used to think Kelce was a bit overrated but after the past few seasons without Tyreek he certainly does belong in this conversation.

Gates and Sharpe would be laughed out of the room if they argued my statement. Gonzalez is why I said "certainly in the top 3." Gronkowski's problem is his lack of longevity. He was better at his peak but doesn't have the overall career resume.

guy deserves a big check.

good for him getting paid.

Tony Gonzalez was a game changer and had teams scrambling to look for another guy like him. Years later, SD landed Gates who was a beast. Then years later, Gronk turned into the most dominating TE that we've ever seen. Kelce's stats speak for themselves and will be regarded as one of the best of all time.
