After today why should they? The fact that he openly shared this tells me players don’t respect Mayo and his locker room.

Good thing we got the cap space lolWon’t have any players left, except the really bad ones
No Thornton on your list?Addition by subtraction. Hes not part of our future and hes not moving the needle for us this year. You mostly know you have solid wr’s in bourne and pop. Get max looks at baker, boutte, and eventually polk again to see how much you need to put into wr next year
Well that was the issue, it's not his agent that conversation is with. Still not a good look and I agree, Mayo has lost the locker room and the reasons are plenty but I think a lot of it was the double speak. Say one thing, then say something 180 of that. It’s not BS. It’s real. Osborn posted this on his own page. The only thing Giardi “debunked” is that the guy texting him in the screenshot is not his agent as many are assuming - but KJ never said he was. Probably a friend or someone related to his agent. Regardless, Osborn posted the screenshot himself so he wants people to see this. Very much not good. Mayo has totally lost the locker room.
Lulz. No good if it’s not used. We have had cap space all season, what do we have to show for it?Good thing we got the cap space lol

Of course, you do have to replace them with better players.Lol the faster we get rid of mid players the better
I don’t think it matters who it’s with. The problem is that KJ posted it at allWell that was the issue, it's not his agent that conversation is with. Fair enough. There are a lot of firsts going on with this organization right now, and most of them aren't good.I don’t think it matters who it’s with. The problem is that KJ posted it at all
You had to mention the hard partOf course, you do have to replace them with better players.
Agreed. I think either Mayo needs to be fired, or he needs to take draconian measures with the roster which probably won’t have the desired effect anyway. No matter what, there need to be big changes. It’s a toxic messFair enough. There are a lot of firsts going on with this organization right now, and most of them aren't good.
He is way to laid back and you can never let your players say anything they want. You need to draw a line that they can't cross without some penalty. Otherwise you get this crap.Agreed. vrabes is working in cleveland in that capacity... that ship has sailedKraft could bring him on now as a defensive consultant ass Hc and then fire Mayo the end of the season, interview his candidates then promote Vrabel
