Okay, I just ran across a paragraph via Patriots.com's news roundup links, which said the Patriots worked out Orlando Ruff and Chris Claiborne.

I assume the article meant they recently worked them out, like today, as opposed to "sometime this summer, the Patriots also worked out Orlando Ruff and Chris Claiborne."

Did we all just miss this or is it old news? (If the latter, I preemptively apologize. Don't pile bricks on my smiley face.)

To paraphrase,

"Sign them all. BB will recognize his own."

Sorry for the resurrected topic - but I too remember Claiborne's productive numbers from Minnesota. Hope he hasn't gotten himself injured into oblivion or anything...

One year ago Sporting News had Ruff rated just ahead of (still recovering) Colvin and Claiborne as 16th best ILB 7 spots ahead of Ted Johnson.

Sign them both!
