Opening times for satellite lots

Anyone know the time the satellite lots will open for Sunday's 4:30 game? We usually park on the North side at that mini strip mall

Since most of them are businesses, I think they are always open. Whether you can tailgate or not is a different question!

We park on the South side at a strip mall and have parked as early as 5 hours before gametime (wound up not even having to pay!)
