You don't put your house on the market with an offer deadline that coincides with the trade deadline and then come up with gimpy knee on a Thursday practice days before the trade deadline and it be coincidence. The putting the house up with a deadline is something someone would do when they don't plan on being there that long after that.

Even if he is still a Patriot player after the deadline think the "knee injury" will linger all season and Belichick will just say f**k it and IR him.
