No. There has been. Love has been in and out Wallace has been in and out as well as Robinson... Jordan got called up due to injuries.. this will be the same problem all season long. Players don't get healthier as the season goes on.

As many times as it takes, I guess. It's not like they have any actual tackles on the roster anyway, or anyone any better. Sow comes back, great, people tell me he's good, although I honestly haven't seen it, he can't be worse than what's out there now. Cole Strange, if he comes back, no matter how big of a bust some people thinks he is, is leagues better than whatever they're running out there right now. But even so, he's only one player. Maybe, MAYBE then you can get away with 4 NFL-caliber players and a UPS driver, although if the UPS driver is at left tackle, it will still be difficult.

I agree that running yards and TD's definitely count, but I think the point he's making is we don't have a complimentary offense. The passing game lacks so much it hinders a stout running game.

We've faced some middle-of-the-pack defenses and eeked out one win and couldn't quite get it going when it mattered in the second.

I don't think it's outrageous to say we're close to the bottom of offenses. I think we have an exceedingly high potential relative to where we are at this moment, but something has to change to get the passing game going. The question is: can that happen this season?

I am just watching the offense and threw the 3rd QTR the defense just keeps getting closer and closer the LOS. Oh in case anyone is wondering its just as frustrating watching it the 2nd time

Because they know we can't throw. Our only threat is the run game. Until the OL learns how to pass block this will keep happening this year.

I agree the OL needs to improve in pass pro, but I think defenses will keep doing this as long as JB is QB

I remember AJ said when we signed Brissett that we signed a QB worse than Mac Jones. The Book is already out on Brissett he's a very limited QB who hinders his Team the stars have to be aligned for him to get a win.

I didn’t say worse than jones. I said we managed to find a qb with a lower ypa and td % than jones and those were 2 of jones major deficiencies

Look at Brissett's 19, and consider as well the number of times, he's somehow managed to escape or anticipate pressure on top of that.

Also, I'm just calling into question the pressure statistics in general, I think they're way undercounted. Brissett is 'supposedly' pressured on 44% of dropbacks. It's closer to twice that.

I am not saying that it is all or even mostly Brissett's fault, but there were a couple of those plays where Brissett had enough time to get the play off just to other guys. It's funny though. People killed Mac Jones in similar situations last year claiming he had time to get the ball out and players were open.

Brissett was under pressure a lot and didn't have time to let the play develop in a lot of cases, but I also say he didn't see the entire field and locked in on Henry on at several plays when he did have time.

I agree it is not Brissett's "fault" that his recognition of defenses and open receivers takes so much time. He is who he is.

If he needs 3 seconds to for recognition before throwing accurately, then t the fault of Wolf and the OL coach that the OL cannot give him that much time.
