That is just cheating. Someone moved. Someone should get a penalty, If you think the offense moved call it on the offense, if not then the call encroachment on the Colts. The officiating has been horrible the last two games.

It was a false start on Pitt. But if the refs are saying Pitt didn't move, it is a penalty on Indy because their guys jumped in the neutral zone which caused the Pitt line to move.
