Uche & Barmore only played 14 snaps.

I didn't see any run blitzes in the Pre-season where he's forced to choose a gap, but, with Hightower out there, I think Bentley will learn how to anticipate the Gap choice better. It’ll be unpopular : I like Bentley. I think many posters discount him based on 2020. This year, with much better players around him, I think he’ll be a solid contributor.
They HAVE to keep Bolden now as a RB option. Look at tonight JJTaylor looked great running the ball from scrimmage, but the way he runs I don't expect a long or healthy career., You need to have more. James White isn't the answer from scrimmage, so he they need to have 4 guys.
BTW- is it legal for say Bolden or Hoyer, get to the PS, but with their full pay? I don't see anyone claiming either, so other than ego, it wouldn't matter a bit if they were on the PS or the roster. But both would be available should an injury happen at those two position. Just askin'
Possible (big) 53 man surprise: Bill Murray. Came into the game leading the team in QB hurries. 1.5 sacks tonight, two more QB hits, playing a ton on special teams. He could make it through waivers but he shouldn’t, if other teams are paying attention. Not sure how they fit him but I wouldn’t be surprised if he is a BB binky.
WTF are you talking about. Wade was right there with the receiver. Claiming he was lost is ridiculous as is claiming that he wouldn't have had a play on the ball no matter what. Wade had boxed the receiver from getting deep and the receiver pushed him down. He wasn't off-balance until the receiver pushed him. It's plain as day in the replay.Wade was lost before the goal line, scrambling to try to recover. He took himself deep enough behind the receiver that he wouldn’t have had a play on the catch no matter what. When he fell I wondered at first if he had tripped himself trying to get back into the play. I suspect the lack of a flag was because he was so off balance it didn’t take a push, just waving in his direction was enough for the breeze to take him off his feet. The official couldn’t bring himself to bail him out after he got so out of position and crossed up.
Explain, otherwise you’re just running your mouth.I'm not sure you understand how either football or roster management work.
Not sure I agree with that, Sciz. Remember the biggest reason Hoyer resigned with the Pats is that he decided to settle his family in MA long term. That is where his wife is from and where his kids were happiest. Hoyer wants to get paid and have a purpose. He gets that here whether its one the PS or 53 man roster. If the Patriots were to try to get Hoyer on the PS, I'm pretty sure he'd be on the next flight to NY to sign with the Jets. He played in that scheme in SF, he'd be a great mentor for Zach Wilson, and I'd say he's probably better than Mike White anyway.
Did Mac had at least one snap with the 1s?
Would have wanted to see him at least one drive getting a bit in game rythm with them and not only with players that most probably won't be on the team next week, Cam didn't show me anything to be excited about when it comes to passing, what was it 2 of 5 for 10 yards?
INT is not completely on Cam because Martinez made a great play, but the throw was behind Meyers and he had to turn 180° around to be able to get a hand on it while he was supposed (at least it seemed so) to run a seam route, you could have placed it over the shoulder or hit the open guy waiving his hands next to Meyers, however it does not come as a surprise with Cam that he does not see the field well and isn't accurate, we will have to deal with it anyway.
Mac seemed off at times and hold to the ball too long, let him experience it asap so he can learn from it, he has to go through more in the coming years. But he has had also some nice throws out there, still long way to go. However as said I would have wanted to see him with 1st team OL and Receivers not only with 2s and 3s.
Asiasi had some nice cathes, have counted 3 or 4, seemed like he got all of what was thrown to him.
Running game is very good, also starting OL, from the backups Herron seemed at times completely lost as RT, seen him several times being put on his ass while Cajuste on the LT was pretty solid, at least I have not noticed anything bad from him. The others are well yeah better hope they don't need to play...
Pass rush will be fun this year if they can stay healthy but run defense is still a concern, same with the pass defense as long as Gilmore is not available we will have issues in coverage.
Jackson had a horrible night, I remember him only being late and having allowed a ton of catches got the bend-don't-break-defense vibes watching him running around like a lost chicken on the field. Wade didn't look good on the outside either.
I hope Cam can step up now because I don't want to see again his play from last year
Agholor and Bourne also need to get a whole lot better than this when the games start to count. The question marks at the position are still there.

People need to remember that Perkins is learning a new position with the Pats. He was a DE in college. The Pats have him playing OLB. Not even an EDGE piece, but OLB. So he's going through growing pains. Someone that could help him in that transition would be Tedy Bruschi if Bruschi wasn't a coach for AZ.I agree, Perkins has made mistakes but has also flashed potential in games and in practice. He was a day 2 pick. He's on the roster.
Going to disagree with that Primer:If I am reading 2021 practice squad primer: Everything to know from the rules to the eligibility correctly you can have up to six veterans and up to four protected players on the PS with no upper limit on salary, subject to the salary cap of course.
The link I provide contradicts that.
Not sure if this is just a COVID relaxation or what...
No Practice Squad Player Contract may provide for Salary guarantees, bonuses, incentives or compensation of any kind other than the fixed weekly Paragraph 4 amounts set forth in Subsections 3(a) and (b) of this Article, as applicable.
Thanks man, I caught the replay late last night and saw every snap. I am good, but thanks again!!!Need a link? I can PM one to you.
No.I don't get this stat at all. Jimmy was traded in October of 2017. Is this indicating that Mac will be traded? LOL
