Patriots may very well lose. But I think this game is going to be close. Like a 28-25 type score either way.

Apparently Brady is treating this like a SB. According to beat reporters. What's the one constant in Tom Brady SB games? He usually starts slow. I could see his emotions getting the best of him.

Where is this narrative of the "emotional Brady" coming from? Can someone give me an example of a game Brady lost because he let his emotions overwhelm him?

Everyone underestimates the Saints this year. They act like "Brees gone, team dead."

Brees sucked last year (second half). Winston is a really good QB EXCEPT when he's turning the ball over, which he will, a lot. So if you don't get picks against Winston, he can run an offense and kill you. I don't know if they make the playoffs in the NFC (I could see two wildcard teams coming out of the West, easily), but they're a well-coached, tough crew.

I thought the Pats would beat them at home, but the Saints came in pumped up, clearly, and the Pats were flat. Anyone sleeping on that team is going to get beat.

Wilson is not a good QB. Have they allowed him to throw over 200 yards yet?

Stop the run and they'll lose.

I doubt they'll make the playoffs.

They do not need to be double or triple covered like Gronk and they likely will not be Brady’s go to target like Gronk would be. If you cannot see how much of a big break this is, I am sorry for you.

Well he's started SB's slow. So the consensus from Felger & Mazz is that he gets overhyped for big games.

IDK, I have a feeling it could the opposite. I think if it wasn’t the Patriots both might have been ruled out earlier in the week. Gronk desperately wanted to play this game and the Bucs players want to win it for Brady.

AB is the issue for us and every other team as you can't double 3 receivers. Gronk was having the season he has so far because he has been singled a lot with either a LB or safety on him. Brate and especially Howard will hurt us just as bad if we play them that way. This offense is loaded. I am sorry if you can't see that.

I have seen him tripled, but not often. And he has been doubled a lot. Don’t kid yourself.

And Howard hasn’t done much since 2019.

I agree. Without Gronk, Gio, JPP, SMB, & Dean, the Pats better win. They have no excuse not to.

Arians came out and told his team earlier this week that this game is "another game for 98% of you." In other words, it is just another non-conference game for everyone except Brady. Don't get me wrong, this game is probably important for the Bucs in terms of seeding but the health of JPP and Gronk is way more important.
