He said he thought he drew a flag for being hit when he gave up himself. Which he should have. He said he didn’t draw the foul because he slid head first. Which he didn’t. And even if they did, they changed the rules and you cannot hit a QB who gives himself up even if he slides head first.
the one major negative was run D. Imagine if Henry was running it. Don't know what happened, but maybe facing backup RB's the last 3 weeks has given some false positives on our run D. But, these ballhawks were able to force enough TO's to not let it destroy us. Also, our run game was really unproductive until the 4th qtr. But Mac made some huge plays when we needed them. Meyers and Bourne are legit starting WR's
Mills also showed up on some huge plays.
The game played out about how I thought it would. I had said I expected a 28-10 type of result, so not all that far off. They were dead in the water against man. Multiple times, we gave them Cover-3 looks pre-snap to retreat into Cover-1 and Tannehill would have to tuck the ball and take off. They have no man beaters without Brown or Jones and we had no reason to respect the PA without Henry. If the two teams meet again in the playoffs, and all 3 of them are back, it will be a closer game but I still think the Pats come out on top.
The two teams we really need to be concerned with are the Bills and the Chiefs if they figure it out. The Colts would be a tough out but Wentz isn’t that guy.
Yeah A LOT to work on Tuesday in practice…especially Run D and OL pass protection/Run O!!! …..and lastly Mac and WR communication….lost a lot of points today on that!
Godchaux sucks. Gotta stop making excuses and you know, using team overall quality hiding his flaws. He's bad. A guy named Carl Davis receives more snaps than him with Barmore out
Not sure what game you're watching, but Godchaux played very well today. Claiming he's bad tells me you just have a bias against him. Davis is the 3rd DT.. Saying he got more snaps because he saw late game snaps with Godchaux also on the field doesn't help your case.

Or, you could look at it that the Pats are doing a heavy rotation between Barmore, Guy, Godchaux, and Davis.. Davis is seeing all of 27% of the snaps.. Guy is at 45%. Barmore is at 58%.
The one thing that has been under played today and during the last several games is the team getting the self discipline and not receiving the stupid penalties Like they were the beginning of the year.
Was extremely frustrating we went in with just a 3 point lead at the half. On the other hand, I felt considering we were so poor in the end zone, terrible against the run, Macs misplaced throw to Henry, and just barely getting much going on offence, yet we still went in with a lead at the break gave me confidence we'd see this game through.
3rd & 4th quarter we just dominated the Titans, thanks to a HUGE play by McCourty & Mr Int which I felt was the biggest play in the game with such an important stoppage.
Defence holds up once again
scoring 36 points
Beating #1 seed
Jonnu making plays
6 on the bounce
BRING ON THE BILLS
I'm waiting for the snap count, but I think they limited Barmore this week (he was on the injury report all week if memory serves) so Judon likely got more double teams than usual.
