We are not changing offensive and defensive systems. Full stop.Might, if some of them are qualified to be HC of an NFL team…

That was bad too. What about the colts a few years ago when they had the long snapper and the punter no line to block, it was some kind of trick play. i didn't watch todays debacle, was it worse?

We don’t have anything resembling an offense that can run wildcat wither. It's not like they will throw to him on the goal line.
We won. Why on earth would you want to take plays out that work?
We are simply not good enough to "do what we do". We need to be creative. I give Josh credit for thinking out of the box.
Thats me , remember when.... although this wasn't a 'remember when" it was a 'what about the play'Remember, remember that time.... LOL
I don't think he was as good as his stats today - got a couple of dropped ints (then again, might have had another 40-60 (not sure) yards and a TD on the Meyers drop.
Even with that, I agree. He's impressing the hell out of me for a rookie.
Weird. Remove a week 1 fumble, a week four Andrews miss in grabbing David and holding him down from tipping the pass, and this team would likely be 4-1.
They're only going to get better.
Also I just don't get why Houston was playing games with the punt at that point. They were up by 13, it was 4th down on their side of the field. A major screw up, arguably cost them the game. And what were they hoping would even happen? How was the punter supposed to get back into position? That was bad too.
Just the punt off the back of the guys head...Charlie Brown-esque
I loved that play.Thats me , remember when....
Yea...Josh McDaniels and Ivan Fears are ROTC kids. Whatever. If you want an analogy we currently have a Dwight Eisenhower delegating to a bunch of glorified JROTC kids.

I can see the benefits of being creative but each play from the bag of tricks is one less play that you can use to find out what you have in your QB. I want the ball in Mac’s hands as much as possible so we can see what he’s all about…cause that’s what this season is all about.
There’s a reason why the bag of tricks is generally used by inferior teams trying to surprise a better team. I don’t see the Bucs or Rams or Bills running wildcat plays these days. OTOH the Bills did run those plays a lot a few years ago when they were basically us right now.
I don’t know what we have yet in Mac and the more snaps he gets the closer we are to finding out. No more wildcat please.
We aren't talking about HCs.Flores is the only success so far from the Belichick tree.
If you are really gonna deny that there has been a coaching brain drain from this organization for a number of years now you are literally ignoring reality.
And it’s fortunate that everyone forgets that Bill offered GREG SCHIANO the defensive coordinator job before the 2019 season. He hires friends, kids of friends, and his own kids. Outside of that he hires back old assistants that flamed out somewhere else and now come on the cheap.
Yep was totally unnecessary. They had us on the ropes and didn't need to take risks. I guess that's the behaviour of a tea tha has no confidence in it's ability to close out the game. Also I just don't get why Houston was playing games with the punt at that point. One of my favorite plays of all time. Not as funny, but maybe even more surreal than the butt fumble. What bout Indy's cluster vs us years ago where they spread the OL out to the left and right, left just the C and the 2 G's in the middle, then the punter came up under center, took the hike, and was tackled for a 2 yard loss?
They switched him and Herron at some point. I didn't catch when exactly.Wait, did he play RT? They had him listed as LT to start the game. I didn't get a good look at the numbers on my stream.

He said he got hit once. He did get sacked and was also roughedHow many hits did Mac sustain today?
